An escrow code will be generated and sent to you as soon as the merchant is ready to deliver the item(s) above.
You will be required to provide your escrow code when collecting your package (not before). If you do not want to accept the item(s), do not release your escrow code.
Your item(s) will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Once the item(s) is available for pick-up or out of stock, you will receive a notification from the merchant.
The Merchant will ensure to deliver your item(s) before the expiration date. However, if you do not receive your item(s) before the expiration date, you would be refunded your transaction amount less the escrow fee.
Once the item(s) is available for delivery or is out of stock (in which case you’d get a refund), you will receive a notification from the merchant.
If you are no longer interested in receiving the delivery of your item(s), you can cancel your transaction by logging into the merchant’s website. Transactions can only be cancelled if it is still within the escrow cancellation period.
Escrow fee however, is non-refundable.
