You will be required to initiate generation of an escrow code that will be sent to the buyer to confirm delivery.

Please follow the steps below to notify customer of delivery details when you are ready to make delivery of the item(s) above:

• Click on this link:
• Click on “Escrow” module
• Search and click on the transaction you are about to make delivery for
• Select the item(s) to be delivered
• Click on “Notify Customer for Delivery” (customer will be notified via email and sms of the code generated)

Please ensure to deliver these item(s) before the expiration date. You will be settled at T+1 after the buyer has confirmed the delivery of the item(s) by providing the escrow code.

If the buyer doesn’t confirm the delivery of the item(s) before the expiration date, the buyer will be refunded of the transaction amount less escrow fee.

If you are unable to deliver the item(s), kindly cancel via transaction report when you login to merchantPortal. The buyer will be notified of the cancellation and the value of the cancelled item(s) will be refunded accordingly.
